Financial Planning and Analysis

• Serve as the lead consultant (Principal) overseeing strategic design and delivery of the online training program.
• Represent the team and the project in client meetings with senior sponsors and cross functional stakeholders.
• Work closely with our partner and Studion teams to define objectives, scope, and success measures.
• Advise senior client sponsors on learning strategy, design, and performance impact.
• Guide discovery, synthesis, and concept development phases to ensure alignment with brand, learning, and business goals.
• Oversee cross-functional collaboration between creative, learning design, and technology teams.
• Manage client relationships and communications at the executive level.
• Anticipate risks, navigate ambiguity, and drive clarity and decision-making across partners.
• Ensure project excellence, on-time delivery, and measurable business outcomes.
