- Plan, direct and coordinate the selling activities of sales representatives
- Interview, hire, train and develop top level talent
- Develop plans in accordance with the Director of Sales to maximize sales opportunities in the region
- Assist reps and customers whenever the need arises
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited University
- MBA or MA preferred
- 5+ years of sales or sales management experience
- Field sales training
- In-house product training program
