About the role
- Serve as a strategic finance partner across Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Operations providing insights and evaluating business cases
- Lead preparation and analysis of actuals, budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans ensuring data accuracy and consistency
- Develop financial models, identify risks and opportunities, and support scenario planning
- Lead financial reporting: develop management packs, KPI dashboards, and variance analyses
- Support Sales leadership with territory alignment, quota planning, pipeline forecasting, and sales compensation modeling
- Develop performance dashboards and KPIs using tools like Power BI
- Manage standard cost setting and monthly inventory close processes with Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Accounting
- Utilize financial systems like SAP and Hyperion for data analysis and ensure alignment on accounting treatment and compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years in relevant Finance, accounting, sales operations or related role
- Preference MBA or Advanced Degree
- Professional Certification (CPA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent)
- Experience with Salesforce.com
- Experience with SAP ECC or S4 Hana
- Travel Percentage: 10%
