💰 $111,200 - $166,800 per year
About the role
- Develops, inspects, mines, transforms, and models data to raise productivity and improve decision making
- Works with data visualization tools to drive valuable business insights
- Provides administrative support to the sales function (preparing sales and/or expense forecasts, budgets and quotas; coordinating sales meetings, etc.)
- Conducts statistical analysis on sales data and information to ensure optimal sales execution and attainment of growth objectives
- Acts as a liaison with information technology groups in identifying and resolving problems
- Instructs sales, marketing managers, field area managers, and support staff in accessing sales and marketing information
- Engages with internal business partners such as product marketing, contract administration, pricing and offer development, sales enablement, and marketing operations
- Expected to work a minimum of 4 days per week onsite to foster collaboration
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant data modeling, data analysis, sales reporting, or analytics work experience
- Or Advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant data modeling, data analysis, sales reporting, or analytics work experience
- Working knowledge of Tableau, PowerBI, or other data visualization tools (nice to have)
- Working knowledge of Alteryx or similar data prep and advanced analytics platform (nice to have)
- Proficiency with SQL, R, or related database languages (nice to have)
- Experience with Salesforce.com or related CRM tools (nice to have)
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS suite of tools, including Excel
- Ability to navigate a complex matrix environment and manage competing priorities
- For Office Roles: ability to be independently mobile and interact with a computer and peers
