About the role
- Execute and support full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners
- Conduct structured candidate screens to evaluate qualifications
- Deliver a consistent and positive candidate experience
- Demonstrate ownership and accountability for requisitions
- Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy
- Manage time and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 0+ years of work experience
- Experience in business-facing HR, HR Operations, HR Center of Excellence, or recruiting
- Agency and/or corporate recruiting experience highly preferred
- Ability to work onsite or within driving distance to a Stryker manufacturing location
- The ideal candidate would be based in EST/CST time zones.
