About the role
- Play a crucial role in Stryker's Transformation Strategies business.
- Support Stryker's offense in the ASC & NT markets.
- Manage relationships, influence, and collaborate with both key internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Coordinate with 6+ ASC Regional Sales Managers to address customer inquiries and requests post-deal close.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer and internal partner issues e.g., purchase orders, pricing, freight, etc.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of ASC & NT customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain partnerships across finance, sales operations, and other teams to fulfill customer needs.
- Lead or partner with internal teams to enhance scalable processes.
- Collaborate with Customer Solutions functional leaders.
- Partner with sales and senior leadership to drive operational excellence.
- Provide regular reporting to leadership on progress toward organizational goals.
- Develop and manage monthly postsale pod meetings.
- Promote a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, transparency, and ethical behavior.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of professional experience
- Ability to handle ambiguous situations and think strategically about improving reporting capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to work independently within defined deadlines and manage multiple commitments.
- Demonstrated analytical and effective decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters.
- Experience supporting a matrixed organization, working cross functionally and being customer facing.
- Sales Operations and or Pricing analytics experience
- Experience with PowerBI
