About the role

  • Source, interview, and ultimately hire Clinical Specialists
  • Execute strategic recruitment plans to support the full recruitment life cycle
  • Build engaging relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Act as subject matter expert and consultant on the recruitment process
  • Partner with Talent Attraction team and support employer branding efforts
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities to drive efficiencies
  • Create a seamless candidate experience for all applicants
  • Manage a high volume of requisitions
  • Optimize the Applicant Tracking System

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 6+ years of work experience
  • 2+ years of work experience
  • Previous business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role-related experience
  • Full cycle sales recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment
  • Clinical, medical device, or similar industry experience
  • Demonstrated experience working in a dynamic, rapidly evolving business with competing priorities
