- Source, interview, and ultimately hire Clinical Specialists
- Execute strategic recruitment plans to support the full recruitment life cycle
- Build engaging relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Act as subject matter expert and consultant on the recruitment process
- Partner with Talent Attraction team and support employer branding efforts
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities to drive efficiencies
- Create a seamless candidate experience for all applicants
- Manage a high volume of requisitions
- Optimize the Applicant Tracking System
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 6+ years of work experience
- 2+ years of work experience
- Previous business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role-related experience
- Full cycle sales recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment
- Clinical, medical device, or similar industry experience
- Demonstrated experience working in a dynamic, rapidly evolving business with competing priorities
