About the role

  • Take responsibility for the sales activities of our innovative spinal implants and instruments
  • Operational and strategic management of your sales territory in the Tirol/Western Austria region
  • Targeted acquisition of new customers and ongoing support of existing customers regarding the use of our products
  • Implement marketing and sales strategies in collaboration with management, based on your market analysis
  • Conduct negotiations with OR management, chief physicians, hospital administrations and purchasing departments
  • Prepare and process customer orders based on needs and ensure timely order fulfillment to maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Advise and train medical and nursing staff on the application of our products, e.g., in the OR or in workshops
  • Participate in internal meetings to broaden your expertise and attend trade fairs, congresses and business meetings to identify potential new customers and strengthen existing relationships

Requirements

  • Initial experience selling complex or technical products
  • Experience building long-term, sustainable customer relationships and generating new business
  • Strong communication skills, creativity and flexibility
  • Entrepreneurial and strategic thinking, solution-oriented mindset, excellent organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license (car)
  • Negotiation-level German and good command of English
  • Sales experience in medical technology, preferably in the spinal product area
  • Completed degree in Medical Engineering, Physiotherapy, Health Management, Engineering or Business Administration
  • Industry knowledge in medical technology, e.g., as an operating room technician (OTA) or in comparable roles within the industry
  • Experience interacting confidently with C-suite executives
