About the role
- Responsible for executing the talent strategy for Instruments salesforce
- Provides HR partnership to Managers, Directors and Senior Leaders
- Supports and executes the engagement strategy for the market
- Performs needs analysis to identify gaps in compensation, talent, diversity
- Partners with Senior HR Leaders to deliver solutions
- Facilitates difficult interactions among organizational stakeholders
- Provides business partnership to Leaders and Directors
- Proactively coaches managers on HR and business-related issues
- Implements solutions for retention, change management, and employee engagement
- Interprets and analyzes data to recommend solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 6+ years of work experience
- 10+ years of work experience
- Previous HR or role-related experience
- 5+ years business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role-related experience
- Experience in multiple HR disciplines or client groups
- Experience supporting a large salesforce or similar client group
- Experience supporting strategic HR initiatives in partnership with executive leadership
