About the role

  • Drive commercial growth across your territory, with a strong focus on new business development
  • Promote and sell our Joint Replacement portfolio (hips & knees)
  • Support the sales cycle of Mako Robotics in collaboration with the broader team
  • Build trusted partnerships with surgeons, hospital administration and procurement stakeholders
  • Provide product demonstrations and clinical support in the OR (approximately 20–30% of your time)
  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans to maximize revenue and market share
  • Represent Stryker at congresses, seminars and professional events

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (required)
  • 6+ years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, BioTech or healthcare
  • Joint Replacement or orthopedics exposure is a strong advantage
  • Capital equipment sales experience is valuable
  • Strong track record in complex, consultative selling environments
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (mandatory)
  • Valid driver’s license
