About the role
- Drive commercial growth across your territory, with a strong focus on new business development
- Promote and sell our Joint Replacement portfolio (hips & knees)
- Support the sales cycle of Mako Robotics in collaboration with the broader team
- Build trusted partnerships with surgeons, hospital administration and procurement stakeholders
- Provide product demonstrations and clinical support in the OR (approximately 20–30% of your time)
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to maximize revenue and market share
- Represent Stryker at congresses, seminars and professional events
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- 6+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience in MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, BioTech or healthcare
- Joint Replacement or orthopedics exposure is a strong advantage
- Capital equipment sales experience is valuable
- Strong track record in complex, consultative selling environments
- Fluent in Dutch and English (mandatory)
- Valid driver’s license
