About the role

  • Strategically promote and sell Stryker Interventional Spine products to meet customers’ needs
  • Conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings, persuasively demonstrating the value of products
  • Systematically track territory progress
  • Proactively communicate wins with Regional Manager
  • Solve product problems and inform staff about proper use and maintenance of products
  • Provide excellent service and assist customers as needed

Requirements

  • 2 + years in an outside sales position (medical device preferred)
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited University
  • Approximately 20% travel required
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive an automobile
  • Medium work: exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication
  • Must be able to manage time, projects, stress and conflict
  • Must be able to communicate / present to large groups of people
  • Must possess unwavering ethics & integrity in a competitive and demanding work environment
