About the role
- Strategically promote and sell Stryker Interventional Spine products to meet customers’ needs
- Conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings, persuasively demonstrating the value of products
- Systematically track territory progress
- Proactively communicate wins with Regional Manager
- Solve product problems and inform staff about proper use and maintenance of products
- Provide excellent service and assist customers as needed
Requirements
- 2 + years in an outside sales position (medical device preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited University
- Approximately 20% travel required
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive an automobile
- Medium work: exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication
- Must be able to manage time, projects, stress and conflict
- Must be able to communicate / present to large groups of people
- Must possess unwavering ethics & integrity in a competitive and demanding work environment
