About the role

  • Manage full cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection management, and offer execution.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies, proactively build talent pipelines, and engage in ongoing market, competitive, and industry research to inform hiring recommendations.
  • Utilize recruiting technologies and applicant tracking systems to manage candidates, track pipelines, and maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reporting.
  • Leverage market data, competitive intelligence, and provide hiring recommendations including market trends and analytics.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to define hiring needs, drive interview processes, facilitate debriefs, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Mentor and train recruiters and hiring managers on recruiting processes, sourcing techniques, interviewing skills, and talent selection tools.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Stay current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policies, employee benefit offerings, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of additional equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of work experience
  • 2+ years business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role-related experience preferred
  • 2+ years of full cycle sales recruiting experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and direct sourcing/outreach
  • Experience in Workday, HiredScore, Paradox and/or other ATS systems and recruiting technologies
  • Experience supporting medical device or life sciences recruitment
