About the role

  • Work as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Respond to customer inquiries for information and pricing, data entry, and requests for technical support
  • Assist customers by determining order status and resolving product related problems
  • Inform customers of procedures when placing an order and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two (2) years relevant work experience
  • ERP (JDE/ SAP/ Sales Force/ Genesys) experience preferred
  • Experience in call center or customer-facing environment preferred
