About the role
- Ensure zero stock variance by maintaining accurate inventory records
- Oversee order-to-invoice, dispatch-to-delivery, and reconciliation of stock
- Coordinate stock reconciliation with channel partners and logistics providers
- Responsible for timely surgery billing
- Overseeing the replenishment of surgical inventory
- Manage outstanding payments, returns, and deliveries
- Support ISO implementation and record-keeping for operational compliance
- Conduct and support QMS implementation and audits
Requirements
- Graduation/Post Graduation Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field
- B. Pharma/M. Pharma preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory, or supply chain management
- Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and reporting tools
- Experience working with 3PL/4PL logistics and channel partners is a plus
- ISO & Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with industry regulations and ISO standards
- Problem-Solving: Quick resolution of discrepancies, complaints, and operational challenges
