About the role
- Develop the skills and certifications necessary to optimally perform in this technical and clinical role
- Gain hands-on training and experience on the use of Stryker’s Upper Extremity portfolio
- Provide clinical product support to all end users and on-site guidance during surgical procedures
- Resolve technical product and service issues as needed
- Provide training, ongoing in-services, and customer education to assigned accounts
- Work in collaboration with the field sales function to cover and support cases
- Build knowledge of Stryker implants, instrumentation and applicable clinical benefits
- Learn proprietary software to prepare pre-operative CT scans and assist surgeons in pre-operative planning
- Shadow and assist in day-to-day coordination of accounts and necessary tasks
- Deliver excellent customer service and foster positive relationships with surgeons and hospital staff
- Complete all necessary account administration duties
Requirements
- Experience of working in theatre would be beneficial
- Tech savvy and minded
- A driven attitude, people focus and plenty of charisma
- Computer skills, MS Office
- Confident presentation skills
- An interest in anatomy and physiology
- Demonstrated high achiever who loves to learn and take on challenges
- A background that demonstrates an ability to engage with others, influence, motivate and work hard
- A valid UK driver's license
