About the role
- Maintain professional and profitable repair and preventive maintenance service business on Stryker’s products.
- Deliver technical assistance and documentation to internal and external customers.
- Repair and check electronic/mechanical Stryker products.
- Utilize software and technological tools to maintain proper records.
- Assist regulatory affairs department/customer to action product recalls, field safety notices.
- Fulfil Service contracts with planned maintenances.
- Support Installation of Stryker systems on customer site.
- Perform Software & Hardware Upgrades.
- Ensure traceability of all field-based Stryker products through reporting tools.
- Provide technical support to Internal and external customers.
- Escalade opportunities and issues to appropriate team meetings.
Requirements
- You have a degree in Biomedical Engineering or similar.
- You have at least 3 months of experience as a Field Service Engineer (Internship included).
- You are recognized for your skills and interest in mechanics.
- You speak English and Dutch fluently.
- You have a valid driver's license for Belgium.
