About the role

  • Strategically promote and sell Stryker Craniomaxillofacial products to meet customer needs
  • Confidently conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings
  • Systematically track territory progress and communicate wins with the Regional Manager
  • Use product knowledge to solve product problems and inform clients on proper use and maintenance of products
  • Provide excellent service and assist customers whenever needed
  • Perform field calls for the account and assigned territory (including “on-call” and operating / emergency room consultation)

Requirements

  • 5+ years in an outside sales position (medical related fields or b2b sales preferred)
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited University (with at least 2+ years of outside sales experience preferred)
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive an automobile.
  • Medium work: exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
  • Ability to manage time, projects, stress and conflict
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication
