About the role
- Strategically promote and sell Stryker Craniomaxillofacial products to meet customer needs
- Confidently conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings
- Systematically track territory progress and communicate wins with the Regional Manager
- Use product knowledge to solve product problems and inform clients on proper use and maintenance of products
- Provide excellent service and assist customers whenever needed
- Perform field calls for the account and assigned territory (including “on-call” and operating / emergency room consultation)
Requirements
- 5+ years in an outside sales position (medical related fields or b2b sales preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited University (with at least 2+ years of outside sales experience preferred)
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive an automobile.
- Medium work: exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
- Ability to manage time, projects, stress and conflict
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication
