About the role

  • Assume responsibility for sales activities of our innovative products in the Sports Medicine / Arthroscopy product area
  • Manage the operational and strategic oversight of your sales territory in Vienna and Lower Austria
  • Execute targeted new-customer acquisition and provide customer support for surgical departments in hospitals regarding the use of our innovative products
  • Implement targeted sales and marketing strategies and negotiate with chief physicians, hospital administrations, clinical engineers, and purchasing departments
  • Advise and train medical and nursing staff on product application in the operating room and through workshops and trial placements
  • Prepare needs-based customer orders and develop financing plans
  • Actively participate in trade fairs, congresses and professional conferences to expand your network and generate new opportunities

Requirements

  • Initial sales experience, ideally in medical technology or other related fields
  • Passion for selling technically complex and demanding products and services
  • Basic experience in building long-term customer relationships and new business development
  • Strong communication skills, self-initiative and a friendly, approachable manner
  • Entrepreneurial and strategic thinking, organizational skills and a willingness to take responsibility
  • Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Valid class B driving licence (car)
