Develop and implement advocacy strategies on key health policy topics
Represent Stryker in exchanges with external stakeholders
Actively participate in and coordinate activities with professional and industry associations
Identify health policy risks and opportunities
Prepare, coordinate, and compile briefing materials
Further develop the company-wide positioning on regulatory and health policy issues
Train internal stakeholders on political frameworks, reforms, and market developments
Support the preparation of health policy publications, position papers, and concept development
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in political institutions, ministries, associations, consultancies, or companies — ideally in healthcare or medical technology
Solid understanding of legislative and regulatory processes in the healthcare systems of Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
Proven experience in developing and successfully implementing advocacy strategies
An established and reliable network of political decision-makers and health policy institutions is desirable
Experience collaborating with industry associations and relevant consortia/professional societies
International or European experience in public policy / health policy is an advantage
