• Conduct high-quality discovery to uncover needs and align them to Stream’s solutions.
• Set qualified meetings with ICP prospects through phone, email, LinkedIn, and creative outreach.
• Collaborate with AEs by attending intro calls and ensuring seamless handoffs.
• Consistently hit activity and pipeline goals by driving strong top-funnel performance.
• Maintain clean and accurate CRM data (Salesforce).
• Stay sharp on Stream’s product, value propositions, ideal customer profile, and competitive landscape.

• Take ownership and lead the effort for (re)building and maintaining the Django backend
• Collaborate with the rest of the development team to design and implement new features
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the Python and Django communities
• Monitor production environments for performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
