• Fakturierung: Du kümmerst dich um die Erstellung und den Versand von Rechnungen und hast offene Rechnungen jederzeit im Blick.
• Kommunikation: Du agierst als Ansprechpartner für Kundenanfragen zu laufenden Projekten und Rechnungen und arbeitest eng mit den Teamleitern sowie dem Customer Operations Management zusammen, damit sichergestellt ist, dass alle relevanten Informationen zeitgerecht an den Kunden weitergegeben werden.
