About the role
- Provide senior advisory support for CHRIS sustainment and modernization
- Support HR data integration and reporting across DCPDS, MilPDS, MPES, etc.
- Advise on data governance, schema, and reporting logic
- Support Oracle-based environments (Business Objects, Informatica preferred)
- Contribute to RMF/FISMA compliance and system accreditation activities
- Coordinate with AFMC/A1 functional stakeholders
Requirements
- 10+ years supporting Air Force HR, manpower, or personnel systems
- Direct experience with CHRIS, DCPDS, MilPDS, MPES, or similar AF systems
- Strong understanding of HR data integration and reporting environments
- Familiarity with Oracle and BI/reporting tools
- Experience operating within DoD cybersecurity frameworks (RMF/FISMA)
