• Serve as the local installation Point of Contact (POC) for the R2PC matters and lead, manage and direct contractor staff assigned to their respective R2PC.
• Coordinate in conjunction with the GTM and local installation leadership to plan, prepare and execute training and education.
• Participate in the local Community Ready and Resilient Council (CR2C), unit operation and training meetings, and community-based event to integrate capabilities provided by the R2PC.
• Ensures quality control of all PE's to include certification, continuous evaluations, PE progression to higher levels.
• Conducts rehearsals for training presentations to ensure PEs are "ready to teach."
• Conducts local program Quality Assurance/Quality Enhancement and provides required reports.
• In coordination with the GTM, develops the annual training schedule at their respective installation and provides a draft training schedule to the COR-RA for approval.

Performance Center Manager

Support Engineer

• Responsible for providing end-user technical support, maintaining IT systems and services, and ensuring compliance with organizational IT policies and standards.
• Respond to and resolve trouble tickets in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and related peripherals.
• Perform user account administration, including account creation, modification, password resets, and access control.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Perform system patch management to ensure operating systems and applications are up-to-date and secure.
• Monitor and verify completion and integrity of daily system backups; escalate and remediate failed backups as needed.
• Maintain hardware and software inventory, including asset tracking, lifecycle management, and documentation.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot software and hardware components.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including system access and equipment provisioning.
• Document technical procedures, solutions, and knowledge base articles.
• Monitor system performance and escalate issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Provide basic network troubleshooting, including connectivity and access issues.

IT Support Technician

• Oversee and ensure successful execution of all work performed under the Task Order (TO)
• Ensure full compliance with TO requirements, policies, and performance standards
• Serve as the primary liaison to the Government Point of Contact (POC) during normal operating hours
• Provide leadership and coordination across all project locations and personnel
• Maintain accountability for quality control and service delivery outcomes
• Monitor project execution to identify risks, issues, or deficiencies
• Provide timely notification to the Government regarding funding concerns, execution challenges, or performance issues
• Maintain proper documentation and submit required designations through the HRS portal
• Ensure continuity of leadership and operations at all times
