About the role

  • Define and execute a global digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and brand vision.
  • Lead and mentor a team of digital specialists, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Own the roadmap for owned and earned digital channels, including website, paid media, SEO, and emerging platforms.
  • Optimize user journeys to increase engagement and lead conversion.
  • Drive optimization and A/B testing on digital properties.
  • Ensure consistency of digital experience across owned channels.
  • Manage the strategy, UX, and performance of key digital channels (Ex: website, landing pages, conversion flows) to deliver a seamless, high-performing user experience.
  • Ensure web content and design reflect brand guidelines and support campaign objectives.
  • Drive conversion rate optimization and personalization strategies.
  • Manage global paid media programs across search, display, social, and ABM platforms.
  • Partner with Demand Generation and Field Marketing teams to design and execute campaigns that drive pipeline and ROI.
  • Monitor and optimize performance using analytics and attribution models.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to amplify thought leadership through digital channels.
  • Ensure digital assets for blogs, reports, and social campaigns are optimized for engagement and reach.
  • Innovate new ways to showcase brand expertise through interactive and multimedia formats.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations to manage analytics and reporting, providing insights to inform strategy and improve performance.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends, tools, and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading digital marketing in a B2B or global brand environment.
  • Expertise in owned and earned digital strategy, UX/UI, SEO, paid media, and analytics.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency with marketing platforms (ex: HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Demandbase) and analytics tools.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
