About the role

  • Design and implement scalable Workato recipes to automate workflows between CSOD and other platforms (e.g., ERP, payroll, collaboration tools)
  • Develop and maintain custom connectors and API integrations using Workato’s HTTP connector
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Ensure data integrity and security across integrated systems
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring timely resolution
  • Document integration architecture, workflows, and best practices

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in integration development
  • at least 3 years using Workato
  • Proven experience integrating Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) with other enterprise applications
  • Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML)
  • Experience with Workato’s custom HTTP connector and recipe lifecycle management
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, especially CSOD modules like Learning, Performance, and Recruiting
  • Any Graduate or Master degree
