About the role
- Configure and successfully unit test requirements within Workday
- Identify process improvements and develop medium to high complexity reports
- Ensure timely and quality execution of client deliverables on Workday projects
- Involved in all stages to implement and integrate solutions for clients in various industries
- Execute tasks within projects on time and within Strada quality standards
- Create work estimates for medium to large bodies of work
- Develop working relationships with project team, management and external clients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Math, Computer Science, or relevant field of study
- 5 to 7 plus years of experience in one or more technologies
- 5 plus years of experience in Workday Integrations developing EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, Reports, etc.
- Proven consultative skills to guide client and internal discussions to agreement of solutions in a timely manner
- Experience implementing/supporting Workday, Peoplesoft, Oracle, other SaaS based applications or similar is preferred
- Previous development experience and understanding of the different phases of development life cycle expected
- Previous analyst experience, technical or functional, expected
- Previous consulting experience either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software organization
- Familiarity or prior work experience with object oriented programming, API’s, XML rendering, XLT’s, webservices
- Workday Studio Certification preferred
- Workday Integrations Certified required
