Devise and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies (grant concepts, letters of intent, and proposals) aligned with the organization's post-secondary education & career development goals.
Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors, including foundations, corporations, and individuals.
Build upon our foundation relationships to increase the frequency and size of donations.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to integrate fundraising efforts seamlessly into overall organizational goals.
Develop and implement organizational donor engagement strategies to enhance the donor experience.
Track and coordinate formal funder reports, including mid-term and final reports.
Requirements
Proven experience in nonprofit fundraising, with a focus on philanthropic gifts in the six-figure and seven-figure range.
Experience with post-secondary education and career pathways and a passion for advancing educational and career opportunities.
Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to articulate complex issues so they are clearly understood by a variety of audiences.
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and time management skills, with significant experience in concept creation and proposal development.

An ability to operate both independently and as a member of a high-functioning team as a team player who will productively engage with others at varying levels of seniority within and outside of the organization.
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Master’s Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
