Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in HR roles.
- Deep knowledge of UK employment law and best practices.
- Confidence in managing complex employee relations cases from start to finish.
- Experience using HRIS and performance tools like Workday, Lattice, or Peakon.
- A practical and hands on approach to solving problems.
- The ability to communicate clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Professional HR certification like CIPD.
- Experience working in a global organisation across multiple locations.
