Supply Chain

• Daily communication with customers, warehouses, and transportation carriers to ensure timely and accurate information flow.
• Assist the sales team with order inquiries, order entry, and customer updates.
• Coordinate and monitor deliveries with transportation carriers, ensuring on-time performance and addressing any delays or exceptions.
• Process daily invoicing for customer shipments and maintain accurate shipment documentation.
• Perform inventory reconciliation to ensure stock accuracy across systems and locations.
• Track shipments and proactively communicate status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Update and maintain Excel spreadsheets with incoming import container details and outgoing customer order information.
• Support other team members with supply chain tasks as needed to maintain smooth operations.
• Monitor customer deliveries and open orders, ensuring all commitments are met and issues are resolved promptly.
