About the role
- Diagnose organisational needs and design tailored OD interventions for MATs, charities and SMEs.
- Lead the development and delivery of Stone King’s training offering, including creating and facilitating training sessions for leaders, managers and teams.
- Oversee and shape our client webinar programme, ensuring it provides high‑quality, relevant and engaging content.
- Deliver leadership development programmes, team development sessions and coaching interventions.
- Facilitate strategy sessions, away days, cultural change workshops and leadership events.
- Support organisations through change, including growth, restructuring, mergers and strategic transitions.
- Collaborate closely with Stone King’s legal, governance and HR experts to provide integrated solutions.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with senior leaders and boards.
- Contribute to service development, thought leadership and building Stone King’s OD brand in the sector.
- Act as the team’s professional support and ensure training to the team and keep all template documents up to date and ensure consistency and best practice.
- Undertake other HR work such as investigations if required.
Requirements
- Significant experience in organisational development, leadership development or change consultancy.
- Strong understanding of the education and/or charity sectors, with experience of SMEs advantageous.
- Proven experience designing and delivering impactful leadership development and training interventions.
- Confident facilitator, able to engage senior leaders, boards and large groups.
- Experience delivering webinars or virtual learning sessions.
- Excellent communication, analytical and report‑writing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain long‑term client relationships.
- Experience supporting MATs through growth, leadership transitions or organisational redesign (desirable).
- Experience in governance development or board facilitation (desirable).
- Relevant qualifications in OD, leadership, coaching or HR (desirable).
