• Implement programs in recruitment, retention, assessment, and management development
• Evaluate and redesign the Firm’s compensation and benefit plans

• Maintain knowledge on human resources trends and legislation

• Provide support to eDiscovery Project Managers
• Daily support and training on best practices using industry standard litigation support software and services
• Supporting the transfer, manipulation, and analysis of data from outside sources such as vendors, clients, other law firms, and adverse parties
• Provides hands-on technical services for case related tasks such as CaseMap and TextMap database creation, maintenance, and support, importing data and transcripts
• Creating Box folders, uploading and downloading data
• Perform QC on pre-productions
• Reformat and convert data
• Assist litigation case teams with technology related tasks
• Liaise with outside vendors providing services to the firm in eDiscovery related projects
• Consistently follows all department Quality Control policies and Standard Operating Procedures
