• Design Assistant to join our team, responsible for creating, maintaining, and evolving our visual identity.
• Responsible for developing institutional materials, supporting internal and external campaigns, and ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints.
• Creation, development, and updating of graphic assets;
• Development and maintenance of the visual identity for institutional materials (corporate presentations, internal communications, office printed materials, templates, etc.);

Paralegal

• Management and preparation of documentation;
• Administrative support to the firm's legal teams;
• Liaison with process servers/administrative agents and clients;
• Monitoring the team's deadlines;
• Review of court certificates, FGTS documents, and municipal, state, and federal certificates.

Paralegal Assistant

• Responsible for supporting the production of institutional materials and internal and external campaigns, ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints.
