About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct legal analysis of labor-related documents and information in the context of M&A, project finance and capital markets transactions;
Review and analyze labor-related judicial and administrative proceedings;
Draft and review document and information request lists (Q&A);
Perform searches in public databases and review court and administrative records/certificates;
Participate in meetings with clients, counterparties and other advisors;
Assist in identifying and assessing labor contingencies and risks;
Prepare audit reports (Due Diligence Reports);
Provide advisory services on Labor and Social Security law matters.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Lawyer with active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB);
Experience in Labor Law;
Analytical profile, organized and detail-oriented;
Comfortable working in a team and strong interpersonal communication skills.
