About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work on T&D projects from planning through execution.
- Develop and deliver training, development, career and mentorship programs, among others, within the area.
- Plan and run trainings, lectures and workshops for the department.
- Contribute to the design and evolution of the Learning Paths strategy.
- Deliver trainings and presentations to different audiences in in-person, virtual and on-demand formats.
- Organize and support T&D initiatives, handling scheduling, logistics, communications and participant engagement.
- Responsible for department metrics, preparing reports and analyses.
- Collaborate closely with People & Culture teams.

What you’ll need- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or Psychology
