About the role
- ABOUT US: Stio® is an omni-channel mountain brand that designs, develops and sells apparel, footwear and accessories infused with the mountain lifestyle.
YOUR ROLE: Oversee growth, performance and optimization of company performance marketing channels to drive acquisition, retention, and revenue.
Channels: direct mail, paid social, influencer, paid search, retargeting, affiliate, SEO, email, SMS, new channels like Tiktok, OTT, CTV.
Responsibilities: manage in-house team members, agency and contract partners; report on performance, budgets, channel attribution, LTV and acquisition models; drive channel innovation.
Leadership: Member of Marketing Leadership Team; develop strategies to drive acquisition at scale, site visitation, conversion rate, repeat purchase rate; collaborate across teams.
Metrics & Tools: ownership of CAC, LTV, ROAS, CPA, repeat purchase rates; use Google Analytics, PowerBI, 3rd party and proprietary data; forecast revenue and operating expenses; provide insights and recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or greater ideal
6+ years in performance marketing management
4+ years of overseeing a team and developing direct reports
2+ years of outdoor industry experience preferred but not required
2+ years of clothing and apparel management preferred but not required
Experience in a robust GTM-oriented environment
Excellent communication, strategic thinking and analysis skills
Effective with PowerBI and Google products
Experience of attribution platforms a benefit
