About the role
- Own cross-promotion, retention, and reactivation strategy across playsupremacy.com, DTC channels, and partner integrations
- Drive CRM revenue impact across email, push, SMS, newsletters, and in-game messages
- Design and implement CRM tooling stack and 360° orchestration
- Test and ship campaigns across segments, lifecycles, and product touchpoints
- Lead player segmentation and lifecycle automation strategies
- Onboard new partners and vendors into CRM ecosystem
- Collaborate with Product, Tech, Live Ops, and Analytics to align CRM with product timelines
- Drive CRM synergies with Stillfront Group
Requirements
- At least five years of practical experience with CRM in a freemium environment
- Business savvy and strategy shaping ability
- Hands-on skills: segmentation, copy review, campaign QA
- Project management skills to coordinate and prioritize CRM projects
- Open and confident communicator for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to measure impact via retention rate, incremental revenue, DTC share, tooling efficiency
