About the role

  • Own cross-promotion, retention, and reactivation strategy across playsupremacy.com, DTC channels, and partner integrations
  • Drive CRM revenue impact across email, push, SMS, newsletters, and in-game messages
  • Design and implement CRM tooling stack and 360° orchestration
  • Test and ship campaigns across segments, lifecycles, and product touchpoints
  • Lead player segmentation and lifecycle automation strategies
  • Onboard new partners and vendors into CRM ecosystem
  • Collaborate with Product, Tech, Live Ops, and Analytics to align CRM with product timelines
  • Drive CRM synergies with Stillfront Group

Requirements

  • At least five years of practical experience with CRM in a freemium environment
  • Business savvy and strategy shaping ability
  • Hands-on skills: segmentation, copy review, campaign QA
  • Project management skills to coordinate and prioritize CRM projects
  • Open and confident communicator for cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to measure impact via retention rate, incremental revenue, DTC share, tooling efficiency
