Provide first-class service to Partners and stakeholders, managing schedules, calendars and travel appointments
Collaborate globally; handle communications with internal and external parties
Support Partner time tracking, draft client engagement letters, document formatting, use task management system, perform ad-hoc research
Ensure administrative tasks are completed quickly and accurately with attention to detail; prioritize and liaise with stakeholders
Requirements
8+ years of senior administrative support experience in a Law Firm
Remote working experience essential
Fluent English (verbal and written communications)
Proficiency in MS office, particularly Excel/Word (fact/spell checking, formatting, proofreading etc.)
Calendar and inbox management, travel planning, and scheduling
Ability to remain poised under pressure, multitask, and prioritize effectively
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
Communicate effectively with Senior Managers/Partners and clients in a timely manner
