About the role

  • Active outbound telephone acquisition of new and existing customers (B2B) — across Austria, industry-wide, with a focus on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
  • Independently manage the entire sales cycle — from identifying customers in the CRM system and conducting needs analyses to closing deals and expanding customer relationships
  • Daily outbound activities to achieve your monthly sales targets
  • Efficient use and maintenance of our CRM system (SAP) — for lead qualification, tracking proposals, and documenting all sales opportunities
  • Close collaboration with Customer Service to provide optimal customer support and identify additional opportunities
  • Achieve your targets (KPIs) within a performance-oriented team

Requirements

  • Some experience in telephone-based sales or direct selling — motivated career changers and sales talents are also welcome
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and active listening to accurately identify customer needs and provide persuasive advice
  • You work goal-oriented and independently with a genuine sales drive — daily selling, meeting targets, and performance motivate you
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus — otherwise we will prepare you for this during onboarding
