About the role
- Own the end-to-end sales contract lifecycle for the Americas.
- Draft and negotiate high-stakes MSAs, SaaS agreements, DPAs and NDAs with sophisticated fintechs and global banks.
- Design and implement Taktile’s US sales-legal workflow.
- Lead legal strategy for our burgeoning reseller and partner ecosystem.
- Review and negotiate key vendor and technology agreements.
- Advise on US privacy laws, AI and automated decision-making regulations.
- Coordinate with our German HQ regarding IP licensing and intercompany agreements.
Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
- 5+ years of experience in tech transactions, with significant time spent in-house at a high-growth SaaS or Fintech company.
- You understand the nuances of credit risk, lending data, and the regulatory scrutiny our customers face. (Ideal, but not required).
- You don't just want to review redlines; you want to implement a CLM and automate the 80% so you can focus on the strategic 20%. (Ideal, but not required)
