About the role

  • Own the Performance Strategy: accountable for meeting medical group performance targets
  • Executive Storytelling & Influence: analyze complex performance data to generate strategic insights
  • High-Stakes Relationship Management: serving as the trusted partner for your providers
  • Operational Scalability & Design: identify where current workflows need to evolve
  • Team Leadership: manage and mentor a team member
  • Clinical Program Implementation: build partnerships with internal stakeholders for program implementation

Requirements

  • 7-8 years of relevant performance delivery experience in a healthcare setting
  • Resilience & Adaptability: comfortable working in the gray
  • Data Fluency: excellent data analysis skills (Excel, BI tools)
  • 3+ years of direct people management
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build immediate trust across all levels
  • Willingness to travel on occasion to medical groups (up to 25% of the time)
