Data Scientist

• Design and Execute Rigorous Experiments: Lead our scientific approach to experimentation, from hypothesis generation and statistical design to the analysis and interpretation of results. You will ensure the validity of our tests and provide clear guidance on their business impact.
• Develop and Implement Predictive Models: Design and build models to understand and influence provider behavior, such as intervention recommenders and user segmentation, and partner with engineering to tie model outputs to automated systems.
• Scale Our Experimentation System & Culture: Partner with co-leads to mature our experimentation capabilities, guiding the program from its early phases to a scaled, high-impact function. You will move beyond just executing tests to define where and why experimentation is most valuable and champion a deeply embedded culture of rigorous, data-driven learning across the organization.
• Translate Data into Actionable Insights: Convert complex analytical findings, often stemming from ad-hoc deep-dive investigations into critical business problems and hidden opportunities, into clear, compelling, and actionable insights; present these findings to business stakeholders, including our leadership team, and various departments to drive strategy and operational improvements.
• Collaborate on Data Strategy & Infrastructure: Partner with the Lead Data Scientist, analysts, and the analytics engineering team to contribute to our shared data assets, shape the data science technology stack, and guide decisions on analytical tools, data governance, experimentation governance, and quality.
• Drive a Culture of Knowledge Sharing: Actively share insights, methodologies, and findings with the Lead Data Scientist and other relevant teams to foster a collaborative environment, prevent duplicated efforts, and maximize the impact of our data.

Lead Data Scientist

Manager

• Own end-to-end quality performance, including measurement, monitoring, reporting, and submission processes to ensure we meet or exceed all contractual quality thresholds.
• Design and implement strategic initiatives focused on improving outcomes in preventive care, chronic condition management, and appropriate utilization.
• Advise ACO leadership on performance trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to setting cost and quality contract targets.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of interventions and guide future strategy.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on CMS and payer quality programs (MSSP, Medicare Stars, MIPS, HEDIS, eCQMs), translating complex requirements into actionable workflows.
• Manage all supplemental data submission workflows, including chart retrieval, data integrity checks, and validation audits.
• Lead primary source verification (PSV) audit protocols, partnering with practices to ensure chart-level compliance with NCQA standards.
• Work directly with network practices to co-design workflows that optimize quality performance, providing hands-on training and education on best practices.
• Collaborate across internal teams (Product, Analytics, and Operations) to build scalable, consistent data workflows and provider-facing tools.

Manager, Quality Performance

Medical Director

• Serve as Clinical Leader and advisor to ACO Leadership for strategy, growth, value-based incentive design and performance management
• Educate and mentor participating providers in value-based care and Stellar-supported performance workflows
• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for provider engagement teams in working with practices to understand and influence clinical workflows and ensuring App adoption to optimize performance

Staff Engineer

Account Executive

• Stellar is looking for a Senior Account Executive, Strategic Network Development on our Network Engagement team to play a pivotal role in expanding our national healthcare provider network. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing partnerships with key medical groups and provider networks, driving the growth of our value-based care initiatives. Similar to a sales executive, this full sales cycle role requires a strategic, results-driven approach to develop relationships with healthcare providers and sell the value of participation with Stellar Health. You will be responsible for driving growth by prospecting new provider groups, engaging key decision-makers, and closing complex deals that support the transition to value-based care models.
• You will manage a pipeline of potential providers, nurture relationships, and use data-driven insights to tailor your pitch and convert prospects into program participants. This role demands a deep understanding of healthcare systems, a strong ability to communicate the financial and operational benefits of the program, fluency in product demos, and a consultative sales mindset to overcome objections and navigate complex decision-making processes.
• This role will work closely with both external stakeholders, including payor and provider Customers, as well as cross-functional internal organizations, including Customer Success and Provider Operations.
• The primary objective and determination of success in this role is the successful addition of new medical groups to the Stellar Network and management of the associated relationships.
• Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
• Support Provider growth activities
• Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies for strategic provider partners
• Conduct cold outreach and schedule meetings with health systems, large medical groups, CINs/IPAs, and independent primary care providers. You will collaborate with a BDR to support 50% of initial outreach and meeting setting efforts.
• Own preparation for Provider meetings, including gathering business intelligence on key stakeholders and organizations
• Lead Provider meetings, identify provider needs, deliver value proposition, explain program economics, convince them to use the technology, and drive next steps

• Stellar Health is hiring a Senior Business Development Representative for our Marketing + Growth team. This is a remote role with occasional travel to our Union Square NYC office. The Sr. BDR will strategically prospect, generate high-quality leads, and set qualified meetings for our sales teams at identified enterprise targets.
