Customer Success Manager

• Own the end-to-end customer success strategy for your assigned book of business, setting priorities and driving outcomes with minimal day-to-day direction.
• Identify opportunities to maximize customer value on the Stellar Platform, translating data into compelling narratives and actionable strategies.
• Lead weekly and monthly client meetings and own QBR preparation and delivery — you are the primary point of leadership for your accounts. Your Director will attend QBRs and is available for escalations, but is typically not present in routine client interactions.
• Proactively assess and elevate customer health via key performance indicators and trends, ensuring strategic alignment with your customers' objectives in the value-based care space — and acting on risks before they escalate.
• Diagnose complex barriers to success, identifying areas for intervention and independently developing and implementing data-driven mitigation strategies.
• Minimize churn and drive comprehensive renewal strategies, partnering with your Director and Enterprise Growth on high-stakes renewal or expansion conversations as needed.
• Proactively identify opportunities for account expansion and deeper partnership, working with Enterprise Growth to shape, develop, and close new business based on demonstrated and quantifiable client ROI.
• Lead and orchestrate cross-functional initiatives and strategic work streams that directly impact customer outcomes and drive significant value realization.
• Proactively bring the customer perspective to the Stellar organization, influencing strategic thinking and planning across the business.

Manager, Customer Success

• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify opportunities to maximize customer value on the Stellar Platform, delivering clear findings and recommendations to your Director and client stakeholders.
• Lead preparation of monthly account meetings and QBR decks, partnering with your Director on delivery — remote, in-office, and on-site. Your Director will be present at the large majority of client meetings, including all meetings with key account stakeholders.
• Proactively assess and monitor customer health via key performance indicators and trends, flagging risks and opportunities to your Director for strategic response.
• Diagnose barriers to program performance, identifying areas for intervention and developing data-driven mitigation strategies in partnership with your Director.
• Support renewal and expansion efforts by maintaining a strong understanding of account performance and contributing analysis and materials to renewal and growth conversations led by your Director and Enterprise Growth.
• Manage day-to-day operational coordination with internal teams (Network, Technical Implementation, Product, etc.) to keep account workstreams on track.
• Prepare for and participate in client meetings, presenting materials and responding to client questions; your Director will lead or co-lead the large majority of meetings with key account stakeholders.
• Proactively bring the customer perspective to the Stellar organization, contributing to cross-functional discussions about how to improve our platform and services.

Lead, Customer Success

Sales

• Own net new logo acquisition from national and regional health plans and payers, owning prospecting, outreach, and pipeline development from the ground up.
• Partner with our customer success team to identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts, and then own the process for landing these expansions.
• Manage complex enterprise sales cycles of 6–18 months, maintaining deal momentum and executive engagement across multiple stakeholder levels within payer organizations.
• Own revenue expansion within existing health plan accounts, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and partnering on renewals.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with C-suite and VP-level decision makers at health plans (e.g., CMO, VP Quality, VP Value-Based Programs).
• Develop deep knowledge of each prospect’s quality and cost objectives, and tailor Stellar’s value proposition accordingly.
• Lead contract negotiations including MSAs, SOWs, BAAs, and SLAs with health plan procurement and legal teams.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data in CRM; provide reliable deal progression updates to leadership.
• Represent Stellar at key payer and healthcare industry events including AHIP, RISE, Blues Summit, and APG.
• Partner closely with implementation, clinical, and product teams to ensure a strong post-close handoff and customer experience.
• Contribute market intelligence and voice-of-customer feedback to inform product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.

Director, Enterprise Sales

Manager

• Own end-to-end quality performance, including measurement, monitoring, reporting, and submission processes to ensure we meet or exceed all contractual quality thresholds.
• Design and implement strategic initiatives focused on improving outcomes in preventive care and optimizing Stellar processes and workflows.
• Own relationships with external vendors and partners who support/advise on the quality submission processes.
• Advise ACO leadership on performance trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to setting cost and quality contract targets.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of interventions and guide future strategy.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on CMS and payer quality programs (MSSP, Medicare Stars, MIPS, HEDIS, eCQMs), translating complex requirements into actionable workflows.
• Manage all supplemental data submission workflows, including chart retrieval, data integrity checks, and validation audits.
• Lead primary source verification (PSV) audit protocols, partnering with practices to ensure chart-level compliance with NCQA standards.
• Work directly with network practices to co-design workflows that optimize quality performance, providing hands-on training and education on best practices.

Quality Manager

Full-stack Engineer

• Own the building and delivery of large parts of our core product according to business needs
• Write clear and concise production code for the Stellar Health Platform
• Work on mission-critical data pipelines, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and flexible to handle various customer and internal data
• Deliver new features by collaborating regularly with our product managers.

Senior Software Engineer

Product Manager

• Drive the Analytics Engineering Roadmap: Serve as the functional lead for the AE squad; manage the backlog, lead sprint ceremonies, and ensure the team is focused on the highest-leverage modeling work.
• Define Data as a Product: Own the requirement development for our analytics layers, ensuring dbt models and Snowflake structures are treated as curated products with high standards for uptime, documentation, and usability.
• Standardize Business Logic: Drive the creation and maintenance of consistent data definitions across the company. You ensure that metrics are defined once in the modeling layer and used everywhere.
• Support QA and Data Validation: Act as a final gate for quality; you will perform and coordinate QA on new data models and reports to ensure they meet business requirements and maintain high data integrity.
• Perform Exploratory Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc analysis to validate assumptions, investigate data discrepancies, and help the team understand the impact of new data models on business KPIs.
• Own the "Front-End" Data Portfolio: Lead the design, UX, and strategy for our internal and external reporting suites (Tableau/Looker). You define the standards for how data is visualized and consumed.
• Operationalize Data via Reverse ETL: Oversee the integration of analytics data back into business systems (e.g., Salesforce, Customer.io) via **Data Contracts** to ensure integrations are reliable and resilient.
• Collaborate Across Product Squads: Act as the "voice of data" during the upstream product development process, ensuring that new features are built to support robust downstream analytics.

Senior Product Manager – Enterprise Analytics

• Be a trusted leader for a great team - You’ll have moved past the learning phase and built real relationships with your direct reports. You won’t just be managing their tasks; you’ll be their advocate, helping them navigate their own career growth at Stellar while keeping the team’s day-to-day operations running smoothly.
• Have the 2026 roadmap locked and loaded - You’ll have a deep enough understanding of how we work today to know what needs to change for tomorrow. You’ll have defined the "V2" of our implementation program - prioritizing the big swings we need to take in 2026 to make sure our provider groups aren't just "live," but are actually hitting their performance targets and earning incentives.
• Move us from tracking "tasks" to tracking "momentum." You’ll have spotted the gaps in our current data and filled them. Instead of just knowing if a practice finished a checklist, we’ll have a clear, automated view of practice health. You’ll be using these insights to tell a story to the rest of the business about where we’re winning and where we need to pivot.
• Find and fix the friction in our "scaling machine" - You’ll have identified the specific bottlenecks that slow us down as we grow. Whether it’s a handoff issue with Sales or a repetitive manual step in clinical setup, you’ll have implemented at least two major improvements that make the process more efficient for the team and more effective for our providers.
• Be the "strategic foresight" for the department. You’ll have your eyes on the horizon, anticipating risks in the 2026 and 2027 pipeline before they become fires. You’ll be the person we look to for a proactive plan on how to maintain our high standards of customer success as we continue to scale.
