DevOps Engineer

• Support our Engineering teams by helping maintain and improve the systems, pipelines, and tooling that power our platform.

Account Executive

• Conduct high volume of outreach via cold call (50+ calls per day), email and LinkedIn to build relationships with Doctor's offices targeted to be in our Network
• Work with sales leadership to develop an outreach plan and prioritization of a target list of Doctor's offices, leveraging sales intelligence tools as needed
• Prospecting will be across a diversified set of Doctor's offices, both geographically and by structure (including but not limited to, independent primary care practices, large medical groups, and hospital systems)
• Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities, both in terms of activity quota and signed Doctor's offices (primary care) via executed contracts

• Support enterprise sales efforts to large health systems, including market analysis, understanding value-based approach, creating compelling business cases, and building relationships with provider leadership.
• Conduct full-cycle acquisition: Initiate cold outreach, own preparation for provider acquisition meetings, gather competitive intelligence, and conduct compelling product demonstrations. Some outreach will be supported by a team BDR.

• Own the medical group performance towards targeted metrics for an assigned portfolio of providers, including chronic condition capture, quality performance. Develop and execute strategic, data-driven action plans for each provider group to close performance gaps and meet or exceed performance goals.
• Using sophisticated data analytics, own the analysis of provider performance data to actively generate strategic insights into underlying causes of performance gaps. Proactively identify & surface opportunities for performance improvement at the medical group and network level.

You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing partnerships with key medical groups and provider networks, driving the growth of our value-based care initiatives. Similar to a sales executive, this full sales cycle role requires a strategic, results-driven approach to develop relationships with healthcare providers and sell the value of participation with Stellar Health. You will be responsible for driving growth by prospecting new provider groups, engaging key decision-makers, and closing complex deals that support the transition to value-based care models.
• You will manage a pipeline of potential providers, nurture relationships, and use data-driven insights to tailor your pitch and convert prospects into program participants. This role demands a deep understanding of healthcare systems, a strong ability to communicate the financial and operational benefits of the program, fluency in product demos, and a consultative sales mindset to overcome objections and navigate complex decision-making processes.
• This role will work closely with both external stakeholders, including payor and provider Customers, as well as cross-functional internal organizations, including Customer Success and Provider Operations.
• The primary objective and determination of success in this role is the successful addition of new medical groups to the Stellar Network and management of the associated relationships.
