• Monitor purchases, orders and deliveries of new vehicles
• Administrative management of new vehicle files (invoicing, payments, receivables)
• Coordinate with sales advisors, the dealership network and external service providers
• Organize delivery schedules and delivery documentation
• Manage financing, warranties, loans and manufacturer incentives
• Vehicle registrations (SIV and "PV des Mines" conformity certificates) and accessories tracking
• Data entry, filing and tracking of administrative documents
• Schedule customer appointments

• Tracking arrivals of newly purchased vehicles
• Recording customers' vehicle orders, invoicing and monitoring payments
