About the role

  • Tracking incoming purchased used vehicles
  • Recording vehicle orders for customers, invoicing and following up on payments
  • Managing delivery follow-ups in coordination with customers and with the distribution network or external providers

Requirements

  • You are dynamic, organized, and have excellent interpersonal skills with strong oral and written communication abilities.
  • Remote relationships do not intimidate you; you believe a relationship of trust can be built using technology (email, instant messaging, video, phone...)
  • You are comfortable with IT environments: Windows, Microsoft Office, and various digital platforms (DMS, ANTS, CRM...)
  • You are results-driven and focused on achieving objectives.
  • You are proactive in proposing solutions to help meet collective and individual targets.
