Operations

• Lead a Right-of-Way Department managing multiple staff and sub-contractors

• Manage project databases and file management
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal requirements and statutes
• Coordinate project workflow and support to infrastructure projects
• Develop landowner agreements and manage damage claims
• Conduct stakeholder meetings and manage client communications

Land Operations Manager – Right-of-Way

• Lead a Right-of-Way Department
• Manage multiple Right-of-Way staff and sub-contractors
• Oversee internal and client budget responsibilities
• Assist in procurement and business development
• Help expand Right-of-Way services and create new business opportunities
• Manage project management tasks including scheduling, work-flow, budgeting, quality control, and project closeout
• Coordinate project database and applications, landowner and stakeholder meetings
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal requirements
• Coordinate with Utility and Renewable Energy Companies regarding acquisitions and project management responsibilities
• Secure land rights and manage landowner agreements.

Appraisal Operations Manager

General

• Support right-of-way acquisition, land leasing, permitting, and construction support for oil and gas, wind, solar, and transmission areas
• Establish trust between client and landowner
• Make independent decisions with landowners and project stakeholders
• Coordinate meetings with landowners and stakeholders
• Negotiate and secure fee titles, easements, leases, and permits
• Estimate areas of potential damage in advance of construction
• Explain project scope, timelines, processes, and financial agreements
• Provide regular status reports on land acquisition and permitting tasks
• Prepare necessary documents and forms for the project
• Represent the company at public meetings before governmental agencies

Land Acquisition Agent

• Managing a team of professionals with responsibilities that include daily oversight, work planning, and team meetings
