About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a Right-of-Way Department managing multiple staff and sub-contractors
Oversee internal and client budget oversight responsibilities
Assist with business strategic planning
Manage project databases and file management
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal requirements and statutes
Coordinate project workflow and support to infrastructure projects
Develop landowner agreements and manage damage claims
Conduct stakeholder meetings and manage client communications

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience in right of way acquisition and project management.
Experience managing electric transmission line or other linear acquisition projects is required.
People leadership and staff development experience
Budget, forecasting, and financial management experience
Contract and subcontractor management experience
Complete understanding of title reports, acquisition documents, survey exhibits, and other real estate related documents.
Licensed Wisconsin Real Estate Agent (or willingness to get licensed).
Superior written and oral communication skills.
Competent with Microsoft Office software.
Solid understanding of ArcGIS software and Google Earth.
Current valid driver’s license with personal vehicle suitable for field work (mileage is reimbursed)
