Security Engineer

• Develop playbooks and address security-related tasks in our AWS serverless environments.
• Drive improvements in our broader security posture, including application security, endpoint security, access management / just-in-time access, email and web gateways, browser security, and data loss prevention.
• Collaborate with product engineering teams to raise the bar for security, supporting CI/CD pipelines, dependency management, and secure application design reviews.
• Help secure and improve our AWS organization using infrastructure as code (CDK), enforcing security controls, and ensuring strong tenant isolation.
• Continuously assess vulnerabilities and perform regular risk assessments.

Solutions Engineer

• Lead the technical integration and implementation process with hundreds of payers
• Establish and continuously improve Stedi’s “payer integration playbook”
• Create and maintain organized documentation of new payer integrations and track implementation progress
• Collaborate with engineering, customer operations, finance, product, and legal to get each integration across the line
• Build and foster relationships with key stakeholders at payers as you navigate implementations

• Produce and publish engaging technical content including blog posts, emails, videos, podcasts, etc.
• Measure content impact through metrics like inbound leads
• Collaborate with internal teams to source ideas and improve content strategy

• Own customer contracting from first redline through signature, working closely with the Head of Legal on edge cases and process improvements.
• Negotiate BAAs as part of customer, payer, and vendor deals, and get most of them to signature without escalation.
• Drive payer trading partner agreements and key vendor agreements to close quickly and within our risk profile while maintaining our rigorous compliance standards.
• Improve, expand, and automate existing templates and playbooks.
