Developer Relations

• Build demos and developer tools. You'll build and publish demo apps, sample revenue cycle management (RCM) tools, and other projects that show developers what they can build on Stedi.
• Create technical content. You'll produce blog posts, YouTube tutorials, explainer videos, and other content that helps developers understand Stedi's APIs and related healthcare billing workflows.
• Mine customer knowledge. You'll use AI tools to extract common questions from support tickets, sales calls, and customer conversations. You’ll turn those questions into guides, demos, and other content.
• Represent Stedi publicly. You'll be a public-facing voice for Stedi's developer community, appearing on video and representing the product in online spaces.
• Measure your impact. You'll track what's working using metrics and adjust your approach.

• Lead the technical integration, implementation, and ongoing management of integrations with hundreds of payers and major clearinghouses
• Analyze data to make high velocity decisions on how and where to route traffic
• Build internal tooling to streamline payer onboarding, payer routing and mapping, and data synchronization across internal applications
• Handle payer and clearinghouse-related incidents, from escalating directly to payers to sounding internal alarms and diving into root causes
• Collaborate with product and engineering to advance our roadmap for internal applications, as well as external payer-related products and APIs

Accountant

• Prepare journal entries, perform variance analysis, and support timely, accurate financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP – meeting close deadlines without compromising quality or documentation rigor
• Own accounts receivable and collections, including monitoring aging, driving proactive collection efforts, resolving customer discrepancies, and partnering cross-functionally to reduce DSO and improve cash conversion
• Prepare and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations with clear, audit-ready support and documentation, improve workflows, and standardize workpapers.
• Support external audits and other diligence efforts by preparing organized support schedules and responding to auditor requests
• Identify gaps in accounting workflows and implement process and internal control improvements, including automation and documentation enhancements within NetSuite and related systems

• Own the product roadmap for Stedi’s Eligibility or Insurance Discovery offering.
• Contribute to a team that ships day in and day out – see our blog and changelog.
• Define and drive strategy for real-time eligibility checks, benefit normalization, payer connectivity, and benefit normalization.
• Report directly to the CEO and work closely with the Head of Engineering to shape product direction.
• Be the primary author of complex, technical product and business documents (e.g., PR/FAQs, BRDs, Linear tickets).
• Partner with our design team to develop mockups and wireframes, and our engineering team to prioritize and deliver features.
• Collaborate with engineering to prioritize and ship features that improve speed, reliability, and data quality.
• Measure product performance to track adoption and identify areas of investment. Own metrics related to product adoption/engagement.
• Support and provide expertise on other product initiatives, helping to advance Stedi’s overall product suite.
