• Support identification of market opportunities for new offerings;
• Contribute to defining objectives and scope of offerings;
• Gather information on target markets and countries, focusing on Brazil and Latin America;
• Conduct market studies, including PAM (Potential Available Market), market share, competitive analysis, positioning and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies;
• Support pricing and margin definition;
• Prepare sales forecasts;
• Contribute to P&L impact analyses;
• Support CAPEX and OPEX estimates;
• Gather technical, regulatory and certification requirements;
• Assist in preparing documentation for project managers;
• Take part in conducting market research and focus groups;
• Collaborate with internal areas such as Engineering, Marketing, Supply Chain, Quality, and others;
• Create SKU records;
• Enter price lists into systems;
• Support initial inventory planning;
• Participate in mock-up validation;
• Develop briefs for packaging and manuals;
• Monitor the performance of offerings during the first months after launch;
• Support analysis of sales and market indicators;
• Suggest improvements based on results obtained;
• Support validation of the Business Case after launch;

• Support the sales team in assisting customers via phone, CRM, and email, ensuring prompt and courteous interactions;
• Conduct active prospecting and identify opportunities, contributing to the growth of the customer portfolio;
• Assist in product/service presentations, sending proposals, and following up on negotiations;
• Keep the CRM up to date by logging contacts, callbacks, negotiation stages, and important information;
• Monitor area indicators and results, providing support for administrative and commercial routines;
• Collaborate with the team on developing new commercial strategies and initiatives;
• Contribute ideas and improvements while maintaining a proactive, responsible, and results-oriented attitude.
