Inside Sales

• Support the sales team in assisting customers via phone, CRM, and email, ensuring prompt and courteous interactions;
• Conduct active prospecting and identify opportunities, contributing to the growth of the customer portfolio;
• Assist in product/service presentations, sending proposals, and following up on negotiations;
• Keep the CRM up to date by logging contacts, callbacks, negotiation stages, and important information;
• Monitor area indicators and results, providing support for administrative and commercial routines;
• Collaborate with the team on developing new commercial strategies and initiatives;
• Contribute ideas and improvements while maintaining a proactive, responsible, and results-oriented attitude.
