About the role

  • Manage a portfolio of independent grocers and smaller retail accounts, serving as the primary relationship owner
  • Conduct Annual Business Reviews (ABRs) to assess performance and manage maintenance renewals
  • Develop and execute annual account plans focused on retention and revenue expansion
  • Generate accurate quotes and manage pipeline activity in Salesforce (CRM)
  • Address customer inquiries and service concerns while collaborating with internal teams

Requirements

  • Experience supporting independent retailers or grocery accounts preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building capabilities
  • Ability to manage a high-volume account portfolio
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Occasional travel for customer visits (as needed)
  • Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
