• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end AI/ML pipelines and services, from data preparation to model deployment and real-time inference engines, to support Stay22's AI products.
• Develop the backend and APIs for the Roam engine (ML-based redirection), ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Build and maintain internal client/gateway layers for large language models (LLMs), enabling product teams to leverage these models for features like content suggestion and classification.
• Collaborate with the ML engineering team to integrate trained models into production services and with the Data team to optimize the pipelines that feed those models.
• Work with the Forge/platform team to set up and maintain cloud infrastructure (GCP), CI/CD pipelines, monitoring/logging, and security best practices for all AI systems.

• Ensure backend systems are well documented, maintainable, and high performing at scale by identifying and resolving bottlenecks, implementing optimizations as needed, and upholding high standards of quality and testing.

• Prospecting and targeting: Create and maintain high-quality targeted account and contact lists using Similarweb and other sources; keep CRM data up to date and clean.
• Outbound sequences: Design, launch, and optimize multi-step sequences (email, LinkedIn, phone, social media) to generate qualified meetings.
• Qualification and handoff: Validate fit (traffic, monetization model, intent, decision-making process) and hand off qualified opportunities to the appropriate Account Executive with clear, complete notes.
• Event pipeline support: Prepare prospect lists before events, schedule meetings in advance, and perform rapid follow-ups during and after events.
• Performance improvement: Run A/B tests on messages and sequences, track results, and share learnings to improve response and meeting rates.

• Monitor account health proactively, identify churn risks early, and lead recovery strategies before they escalate.
