About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prospecting and targeting: Create and maintain high-quality targeted account and contact lists using Similarweb and other sources; keep CRM data up to date and clean.
  • Outbound sequences: Design, launch, and optimize multi-step sequences (email, LinkedIn, phone, social media) to generate qualified meetings.
  • Qualification and handoff: Validate fit (traffic, monetization model, intent, decision-making process) and hand off qualified opportunities to the appropriate Account Executive with clear, complete notes.
  • Event pipeline support: Prepare prospect lists before events, schedule meetings in advance, and perform rapid follow-ups during and after events.
  • Performance improvement: Run A/B tests on messages and sequences, track results, and share learnings to improve response and meeting rates.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven ability to generate leads: Demonstrated track record of consistently generating qualified meetings or pipeline through outbound efforts.
  • Experience with prospecting sequences: Hands-on experience creating and managing outbound sequences (email and multichannel), with examples of iterations and performance improvements.
  • Creativity: Excellent copywriting and messaging skills, with the ability to create compelling angles and personalization that drive responses.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in an SDR/BDR role or an outbound-focused position (SaaS, affiliate, adtech, martech or digital publishing-related industries — a plus).
  • Prospecting skills: Strong research abilities and comfort with tools like Similarweb, LinkedIn Sales Navigator (or equivalent), and CRM systems.
  • Organization and cadence: Organized, consistent person comfortable in a fast startup environment with changing priorities.
  • Multilingualism: A significant asset given our international presence.
  • Startup mindset: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic growth company environment.
  • Good command of English: Required to communicate daily with international clients and colleagues.
